Elora Mill South

Elora Mill South is a visionary new hospitality district located across the Grand River from historic downtown Elora. Anchored by a boutique hotel and a small-scale conference centre, the development also includes residential accommodations for staff, a parking garage, restaurants, and a mix of commercial spaces, creating a vibrant and walkable destination.

The district’s spine begins at the terminus of the existing pedestrian bridge and leads into a welcoming plaza, unfolding into a stone-paved interior street reminiscent of ancient European city centres. Planting follies punctuate the journey, drawing visitors through the site with seasonal interest and sculptural form.

At the heart of the hotel, a flexible courtyard with pollarded trees offers piazza-style seating and event space, blending hospitality with outdoor leisure.
